Interchange Park Phase II: Building 1&2

C.O. Christian & Sons completed this design/build project in 2020. Interchange Park added 4 additional industrial buildings totaling 832,500 sq. ft. of warehouse space for lease. Companies such as Amazon, Fed Ex, UPS, Wilson, Home Depot, and others lease this space for logistics.

Each building is equipped with a 15kVA 480V Transformer. In total there are 2,100 light fixtures, 85 electrical panels, and 9,000 feet of conduit.
